Happy New Year

It's 2013 and hopefully everyone enjoyed the Holidays with their families. I know many cyclists are very lonely people but hopefully those few who do have friends and family, spent the time with them and not trying to cheese off cagers. I am sure a number of cyclists took to the streets on Dec 24, Dec 25, Jan 31, and other days trying to keep those with loved ones from spending time with them, but hopefully most of us got where we were going safely and timely.

If you are a cyclists hopefully you make your resolution to get off the bike and stop risking your life, especially if you have people who care about you. Get on the stationary bike if you need exercise, or ride on trails or other places where you aren't slowing down traffic and commerce.

Happy New Year from Spare the Road.

  1. Hi greetings from England!! Well done on a fantastic blog, you total bellend

Cyclists have every right to the road as any other road user, such as cars, motorbikes and horses. In england people are starting to see that it is a solution to getting around busy city centres where traffic comes to a grinding halt at rush hour. Dont know about you, but if the weather is ok Id rather be coasting down a bus lane getting to work on time than sat in traffic wasting money on fuel.

I usually dont retaliate to stupid blogs like this, but you come across as an absolute knob, with no sensible argument against cycling. Cyclists dont force you to drive dangerously, just give people space and everythings good. Yeah I agree there are plenty of bad cyclists (as I drive as well) but with a daft blog like this you have put yourself in with the bad selfish motorists

    1. It's a shame these douche bag cyclists are making the roads so unsafe for our law abiding citizens. Whenever I hear about a cyclist being mowed over by a car, I find out where the funeral is and I go to mark the grave site. Then I come back later and piss on it. Burn in Hell, homo cyclist douchebags.6

  2. Spare the road owner... I will happily stop riding my bike on the street if you will benefit me by licking my funky lesbian clit. Thank you.
